Equipment: Ibanez RG 570, Boss noise suppresor, Line 6 POD with foot controller, Peavey 5150 head through a Marshall 1960a 4x12 cab, Ernie Ball strings, Jim Dunlop 1.5 or 2mm picks. Hands of death.
Musical influences: Firstly I would say Tom Morrelo becuase he was the first guitarist I heard speed pick which pushed me towards that style of guitar playing. Slash due to Guns N' Roses being the first band I ever liked when I was 8 years old. Other than that I'd say in my general guitar playing Al di Meolo has been a big influence alongside other guitarists like Yngwie, Michael Angelo, Alexi Lahio, Paul Gilbert, Robben Ford (awesome blues guitarist) and Stanley Jorden (who hasn't influenced playing style so much but has given me something to aspire to.......)
Bands like At The Gates, Sinergy, Hammmerfall, Rhapsody, Slayer, Manowar, Dark Tranquility, Nile, Dissection, In Flames, Led Zeppelin, Children Of Bodom, Knuckledust, Aftershock, Hatebreed etc etc.
Plus other not so much metal stuff like Pink Floyd, Portishead, The Beatles and a bit of classical and film music.
Stuff I like: My trick Philippa, The Lord Of The Rings, (the best adaptation of book to film ever, hopefully the return of the king film will be as emotional as the book was for me!!!!!), The Godfather trilogy, orange juice, noodles and eggs, Nailsea domination, NBA (Nailsea Beatdown Association) and suits.
Stuff I don't like: Stuff that gets overated (too much of it out there), when people dismiss power metal as cheesy bollox and Sammy the bull Gravano.
Favourite crime family: Gambino. Carlo Gambino totally dominted all five families.
Final comment: It's not a toy. I'm not in the mood for toys, or games, or kidding. No time. I'm not in the mood for clans. I'm not in the mood for gangs. I'm not in the mood for none of that stuff there. And this is gonna be a Cosa Nostra till I die. Be it an hour from now, or tonight or a hundred years from now when im in jail.
